After working in the computer industry for over 20 years, Kathy went back to school and completed the Mission College Personal Training and the Foothill College Adaptive Fitness Specialist Career Certificate Programs.
Kathy is also an Advanced-Level Stott Pilates Trained Instructor, and she has Instructor Certifications for Spinning and TRX Suspension Training.
Kathy started lifting weights at age 15 while competing in swimming. In college she was an All-American ranked swimmer. Kathy had the good fortune to receive in-depth education on Weight Training Principles and Routines, which solidified her strength training knowledge. Kathy readily applies this knowledge to the development of her clients.
